MEAEOPP's 48TH ANNUAL CONFERENCE
FEBRUARY 16-19, 2025 | HOTEL ROANOKE | ROANOKE, VA
The 48th Annual MEAEOPP Conference Committee would like to invite Sponsors to contribute to our upcoming regional conference, which will be held from February 16 to February 19, 2025, at the Hotel Roanoke in Roanoke, Virginia.
The population of attendees at this upcoming event includes approximately 200 TRIO personnel from Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and the District of Columbia. TRIO programs serve low-income, first-generation students from middle school through college and beyond. TRIO grants are funded by the U.S. Department of Education and provide tutoring, counseling, college awareness, summer residential programs, career assessment, research programs at the graduate level, and many more academic support activities to promote postsecondary enrollment and completion.
Three sponsorship levels are available for the 2025 Annual MEAEOPP Conference and include the following opportunities to showcase your company or organization.
Royal Revelers ($3,000) - Sponsorship of the MEAEOPP President's Banquet

- Guaranteed breakout session (may be unavailable after 12/15)

Bourbon Street Benefactors ($2,000) - Sponsorship of the Opening Reception
- Introduction and brief speaking opportunity at the opening reception
- Guaranteed breakout session (may be unavailable after 12/15)

- Conference meals at actual cost

Masquerade Mavens ($1,000) - Alumni Reception or Newcomer's Breakfast sponsor
